Please Review the Scheduling Process

Applicants: please read over all of this information with your Instructor. This information is needed because practical tests must be authorized by the FAA in Designee Management System (DMS) prior to being conducted. Please upload a copy of your written test. (No written, no appointment will be scheduled.) If your first requested date is already booked, I will respond via email with the next possible date.

Cancellations: If after you have a confirmed exam date and need to cancel or reschedule for any reason, please contact me as soon as possible. Cancellations within 24 hours of an exam will result in the testing fee plus 50%, except in cases of maintenance, illness or emergency.

One of the most common setbacks on a Practical Exam is qualifying the applicant and the aircraft. If the applicant does not have the necessary training documented, the exam ends. Below is a training log you can use to ensure you will be good to go on your exam day.
